Managing Direktor UK*
The role:
- Lead sales activities to grow the business with existing customers, generate new customers, and manage channel partners in the UK. Additionally, actively participate in sales efforts.
- Develop and implement a successful sales strategy for the UK by analyzing the market, competitors, trends, and innovations to evaluate access to new markets and new sales approaches to generate growth.
- Develop, support, and motivate employees to foster a committed and high-performing team.
- Structure and organize for growth in areas such as Regional Management, Key Account Management, Distribution, Inside Sales, and the generation of new accounts and business opportunities.
- Take responsibility for P&L and cash flow to ensure the financial health of the company.
- Cooperate with other Country Managers, Channel- and Global Key Account Managers as well as other “PULS Brand” companies such as Wiferion or Adel System.
- Manage organizational topics such as HR, IT, and facilities in cooperation with the Operations Manager or HQ support.
The successful candidate:
- Creative Sales Personality: To be successful in this role, you will have a creative sales personality to find new markets and sales concepts. You are passionate about field sales.
- Hands-on and Reliable: You are hands-on, absolutely dependable, and trustworthy. You equally enjoy the freedom of being Managing Director - Sales UK, as well as being part of an international organization.
- Technical Understanding: To be a successful candidate, you must have a very good understanding of electronic engineering, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Home-Based Role: This is a home-based role. Ideally, you are based near our premises in Milton Keynes/Bedfordshire.
