Managing Quantity Surveyor\n\nIndustrial & Logistics Projects | Southern Region\n\nAn established, forward-thinking main contractor is seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of major industrial and logistics developments across the southern region, covering projects in the South.\n\nThis role will suit a commercially astute professional with strong experience in industrial units, warehouses and large-scale shed projects, capable of managing teams and driving commercial performance across multiple sites.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOverall commercial responsibility for multiple industrial and logistics projects from pre-construction through to final account\n\nLeading, mentoring and managing Quantity Surveyors and commercial teams on site\n\nPreparing and managing budgets, forecasts, CVRs and cashflows\n\nManaging subcontract procurement, contract administration, valuations and payments\n\nIdentifying and managing commercial risk, opportunity and value engineering initiatives\n\nWorking closely with operational teams, clients and supply chain to ensure successful project delivery\n\nSupporting senior management with commercial reporting and strategic input\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment\n\nStrong background in industrial, logistics or large-scale commercial developments\n\nExperience delivering steel frame, industrial shed and infrastructure-heavy projects\n\nExcellent leadership, communication and commercial management skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects across a wide geographic region\n\nRelevant construction or commercial qualification (or equivalent experience)\n\nWhat's on Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary and comprehensive package\n\nLong-term pipeline of high-quality industrial and logistics projects\n\nOpportunity to work with a well-respected contractor on flagship schemes\n\nClear progression and career development opportunities\n\nPlease contact me if this sounds like something you would be interested in
