Job Description

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated track record of delivery in a manufacturing or production environment

• Engineering Qualification – HNC/ HND

• CAD proficient

• Good organizational skills capable of working under pressure to time constraints

• Experience in a production engineering environment

What You’ll Do:

Creates and provide solutions such as tooling, equipment, specifications and training for manufacturing to enable a stable production schedule Interface with business leadership, customers, and suppliers to ensure on time execution of activities to meet business needs Design and implement production improvements within manufacturing to reduce costs and improve lead times Attending design reviews and identifying production issues that require solving Support manufacturing to enable adequate equipment and tooling are available as requested Provide innovative health and safety solutions Attend Lean events, process improvement events to improve the business
