Manufacturing Engineer - New Product Development (Hybrid role) Are you a detail-oriented engineer passionate about driving innovation from concept to production? Join a fast-paced, innovation-driven team as a Manufacturing Engineer specialising in new product development. You'll play a critical role in ensuring new products launch smoothly, working closely with design, operations, and supplier teams to optimise processes, reduce costs, and meet quality standards. Location: Hybrid role for a company based near Bar Hill, Cambs, with regular travel to main offices. What You'll Do: Lead and support new product development projects from start to finish.
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practice assembly and testing processes.
Ensure product cost targets are met while delivering real customer value.
Manage key documentation and regulatory compliance throughout product launch.
Partner with suppliers to secure materials and ensure robust production processes.
Provide clear updates and reports on project progress and challenges.
