Marine Pipefitter

We are seeking an experienced Pipefitter for marine-based project with our client. This is expected to be a 7 day project working on small-bore pipework up to 50mm nominal bore.
Key Duties:

Fabrication and installation of stainless steel pipework, including TIG welding to high standards.
*
Cutting, fitting, and jointing polyethylene piping using butt fusion, electrofusion, or similar methods.
*
Installation of pipe systems using the Mapress press-fit method (experience desirable).
*
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and isometric diagrams to determine pipe routes, dimensions, and materials.
*
Measuring, marking out, and preparing pipe runs with accuracy.
*
Working in line with marine safety regulations and quality control requirements.
*
Collaborating with other trades on installation and repair work.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience with small-bore pipework in a marine or similar environment.
*
Skilled in TIG welding stainless steel.
*
Competence in working with polyethylene pipe systems.
*
Ability to accurately read and follow technical drawings and schematics.
*
Mapress system experience advantageous but not essential.
*
Comfortable working in confined spaces and physically demanding environments...
