Job Description
A leading global organisation is seeking a Marketing Designer to join their in-house team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of brand-aligned design solutions across a wide range of corporate events and marketing initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this fast-paced and collaborative role, you will work closely with stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing and event-related design materials across digital, print, and environmental platforms. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing branding and visual media for high-profile internal and external events in line with corporate brand guidelines
- Developing professional presentation materials, including PowerPoint and Keynote templates, speaker decks, and animated slides
- Producing a variety of collateral including digital banners, printed programs, invitations, signage, name badges, and menus
- Creating visual content for marketing emails, event platforms, and digital communications
- Supporting environmental and experiential design such as stage backdrops, directional signage, and venue branding
- Collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and print suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Managing and maintaining a library of branded templates, imagery, and assets for marketing use
- Providing design support and guidance to non-designers across the business
- Staying current with design and industry trends to drive ongoing innovation and best practices
A skilled and versatile Marketing Designer with a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of brand stewardship, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
Essential requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing design, graphic design, or desktop publishing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience designing for both print and digital channels, with a clear understanding of production requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to recognise and deliver top quality, brand aligned designs
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects meeting deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to collaborate across departments and regions
- Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar) and experience with animation or motion design (Adobe After Effects, Blender) a distinct advantage
This role is paying up to £55k (DOE)
