A values driven, not for profit organisation are looking for a commercial Marketing Executive to join their team. As the Marketing & Communications Officer you will support the Marketing & Project Growth Department to strengthen internal engagement and external visibility through high-quality, values-led marketing and communications.

As the Marketing Executive you will deliver creative and digital activity across multiple channels, ensuring brand, voice and messaging are consistent, accurate and professionally represented. You will be responsible for creating and coordinating marketing and communications outputs and contributing to campaign delivery and storytelling that promotes the charities services, innovation, culture and impact. You will work to maintain brand standards and quality control across all materials, ensuring alignment with organisational policies, regulatory expectations and brand values. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers, you will work to enhance this organisations presence across digital and physical platforms.

Key responsibilities of this Marketing Executive role will include:

Content & Campaigns: Create and deliver newsletters, internal updates, blogs, marketing collateral, social media content, credential packs, and execute multi-channel campaigns. Storytelling & Internal Communications: Develop testimonials, case studies and impact narratives including VR Wellness and service innovation features. Employer Brand: Ensure and manage recruitment and employee value proposition visibility across social accounts such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook and Glassdoor using various content. Marketing & Communications Quality Control: Review marketing assets for accuracy, branding, tone of voice and policy alignment before publication. Review and monitor internal and external communications to ensure accuracy, tone alignment and adherence to brand standards. Creative Design: Produce branded materials (brochures, pitch decks, posters, presentations, reports, signage, Gifs, images and so forth) whilst maintaining, updating and designing professional marketing and communications collateral. Social Media Marketing & Management: Schedule, publish and monitor content across social accounts such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business and so forth. Digital Analytics: Produce reports on digital marketing performance, campaign results, audience engagement and website analytics. Websites: Liaise with creative agencies for Apax's website and Career Site or develop websites (in Wix). To maintain web content, and assist with basic web development improvements such as layout adjustments and navigation fixes. Liaise with SEO/GEO agencies to ensure that websites are optimised for visibility and Al chatbot search results. Maintain mailing lists, segment audiences, execute and run email campaigns and track engagement. Act as Canva and Flipbook ambassador to support internal collaboration, quality control, training and adoption. Support the delivery of company events and company stands at exhibitions, including finding venues, planning, coordination, on-site setup, and post-event follow-up to ensure successful outcomes.

This role will encompass the full marketing mix and would suit a creative, capable marketer than has a passion for design and analytics.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £45,000 plus benefits.
