This role is primarily remote, working from home, with attendance required for:

  • Monthly in-person meetings
  • Bi-weekly content creation sessions
  • Event weekends (including the full week of show setup)
  • Monthly trade nights
  • Venue visits and show delivery as required

The London Card Show is Europe’s leading trading card and collectibles event, bringing together fans, brands, talent, and creators for two vibrant days celebrating hobby culture.

We are looking for a highly organised, creative, and proactive Marketing Executive to support the planning, promotion, and delivery of our events. This role sits at the centre of our marketing operations, helping manage social media, coordinate sponsor collaborations, handle communications, and support promotional activity across the show.

Salary Expections: £22,000-£26,000

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
  • Manage all social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and implement a bi-weekly content plan using the scheduling platform Plannable
  • Conduct weekly research into trending topics and relevant industry content
  • Attend quarterly London Card Show weekends to capture stories and content for future campaigns
  • Coordinate with sponsors on collaborative posts and approvals
  • Manage community engagement including responding to DMs and comments, and interacting with relevant accounts (partners, sponsors, creators)


Email Marketing
  • Produce and distribute a weekly newsletter to our mailing list via Mailchimp


General Enquiries
  • Monitor and respond to in
  • Monitor and respond to incoming enquiries via the main info email inbox


Promotions & Partnerships
  • Manage promotional features at shows, including:
  • Selling promotional space
  • Coordinating and collecting promotional assets from partners
  • Ensuring promotional materials are delivered correctly


Website Update
  • Maintain and regularly update the London Card Show website to ensure all information remains accurate and up to date
  • Upload and update event photography and visual content after each show to keep the website current and engaging
