MCR Property Group is a national real estate investment and development company with offices in Manchester, London, Birmingham and Glasgow. Our portfolio spans residential, commercial, industrial and student living sectors, with high profile schemes delivered across the UK.
All brand, digital marketing and campaign activity is delivered in house from our Manchester headquarters by a multidisciplinary marketing team covering strategy, creative, digital, social and design. The business is currently entering a significant digital transformation phase, with a new technology stack and residential website launching soon.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager (Residential Portfolio) to lead marketing activity across our Build to Rent and PRS residential portfolio, with a clear focus on lead generation, demand creation and occupancy performance.
This role is suited to someone with strong residential marketing experience who is comfortable owning campaigns end to end, from strategy and planning through to delivery, reporting and optimisation. You will play a key role in shaping how residential marketing operates as we roll out a new website and evolve our wider marketing technology stack, including HubSpot.
Alongside core responsibility for Build to Rent and PRS, the role will also involve light crossover support into our HMO and student portfolios, ensuring alignment across residential brands, campaigns and customer journeys.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, the in house design and digital team, and external partners to deliver consistent, high quality marketing that drives enquiries, viewings and long term brand value.
Key responsibilities
Own and manage marketing activity across the Build to Rent and PRS residential portfolio, with clear accountability for lead generation and campaign performance
Plan and deliver residential lettings campaigns across digital, portal, website and on site channels
Use HubSpot to support lead management, reporting, campaign tracking and customer journeys across residential assets
Play an active role in the rollout of the new residential website and wider digital transformation programme
Lead future branding and positioning projects across the residential portfolio as schemes evolve and mature
Scope, brief and schedule creative work across designers, copywriters, developers and external suppliers
Oversee the production of residential marketing materials including brochures, listings, websites, photography, video and signage
Coordinate residential launches and leasing campaigns to support occupancy and revenue targets
Act as the central point of contact for residential marketing activity, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with business objectives
Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers including photographers, videographers and digital partners
Monitor performance across residential assets, providing insight, reporting and recommendations for improvement
Provide light crossover support to HMO and student marketing activity, ensuring consistency of approach and shared best practice
What we're looking for
Essential
Proven experience in residential property or lettings marketing, ideally within a developer, operator or property focused agency
Strong experience managing Build to Rent and or PRS marketing campaigns
Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM platforms within a lead generation environment
Experience delivering digital led marketing campaigns and working with websites and portals
Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple schemes and priorities simultaneously
Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal teams, senior stakeholders and external partners
Desirable
Experience supporting or working alongside student or HMO portfolios
Involvement in website launches or wider marketing technology transformation projects
