What will you do as Marketing Manager
* Develop and support your digital team of two
* Create growth strategies for clients, aligned to their commercial goals & budgets
* Regularly review performance and evolve strategies based on data and results
* Ensure SEO activity is aligned with wider paid and conversion strategies
* Ensure everything that goes live is checked, structured, and aligned to best practice
* Maintain clear, professional, and structured communication with clients and internal teams
* Help build frameworks that allow marketing delivery to scale without quality dropping
What will you need to be the Marketing Manager
* Be calm and focused on objectives
* Experience of supervising marketers
* Knowledge of Google Ads, Paid Social, and SEO
* Confident communicator with clients and senior stakeholders
* Commercially minded, with a focus on ROI and performance
