Youll be proficient in Microsoft packages notably MS Excel and ideally have FMCG experiences with short shelf-life chilled products, ingredients, packaging and equipment. Youll also have the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Your key focus will be to ensure ingredients are available for production, ensuring they meet their needs without generating unnecessary waste, by using the sales forecast so orders are shipped in time with the objective of optimising On Time in Full.
Youll be liaising with suppliers with regard to material flow and have constant liaison with production to understand any material shortage
