We are seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Luton. This is an exciting opportunity for both early career teachers and experienced practitioners looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role- Maths Teacher:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience. The successful candidate will inspire students to develop confidence and enthusiasm in mathematics, fostering strong progress and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and challenging maths lessons
Monitor and assess student progress effectively
Contribute to curriculum development within the department
Support students of varying abilities to reach their full potential
Uphold high expectations for behaviour and academic successThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A strong subject knowledge in mathematics
Excellent classroom management skills
A commitment to raising attainment and student outcomes
