Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for enthusiastic and skilled Maths Teacher to work with a fantastic school in Hull, on a full time, temporary basis. This is to start 13th April, and will last until at least May half term. Payment for this temporary position will be between in line with the main teaching pay scale (Between MPS1 and MPS6), based on experience and qualifications. While this is a full time teaching position, the school would consider applications from candidates who can provide part time availability.
Thes school is located in East Hull, and is extremely easy to access via public transport from most areas of the city. There is a large onsite car park for candidates that do drive that has ample spaces for candidates who drive. The school has an excellent reputation in the local area and continues to go from strength to strength. They are part of a local academy trust, so success in this role could lead to further opportunities in the future.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering KS3 Maths, with some KS4 teaching on the timetable.. Full planning and marking is expected for this position, but there are plenty of resources on file for the successful candidate to simply review and amend.
Tradewind will also support your development during your placement and beyond through our fantastic CPD via The National College. You will be put onto all of the same CPD as permanent staff members, and encouraged to grow.
