Peace Recruitment Services are recruiting on behalf of awell-established electrical and M&E contractorspecialising inelectrical installations, mechanical & electrical services, and renewable energy projectsacross the UK.

Due to continued business growth, our client is seeking an experiencedCommercial Manager (M&E / Electrical)to oversee commercial operations acrosselectrical contracting, building services, and M&E construction projects. This role is ideal for aSenior Quantity Surveyor (M&E)orElectrical Commercial Managerlooking to further progress their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial management ofelectrical, and M&E projects
  • Cost control, budgeting, valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Negotiation withclients, electrical subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Commercial reporting and financial forecasting
  • Risk management acrosselectrical and mechanical construction projects
  • Supporting project managers and operational teams with commercial guidance
  • Identifying new business opportunities within theelectrical and M&E sector

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as aCommercial Manager,Assistant Commercial Manager, orSenior Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
  • Background inelectrical contracting, M&E construction, or building services engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similarelectrical or M&E role
  • Strong knowledge ofcost management, procurement, and contract administration
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
