My client, a well-established recruitment business with a strong reputation in M&E delivery, is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support continued growth across the UK and European markets.

This role suits a recruiter with a solid background in blue-collar / site-based placements, who enjoys fast-paced delivery and wants flexibility without sacrificing progression.

The Role

• End-to-end delivery recruitment within M&E (Mechanical & Electrical).
• Placing blue-collar trades and site operatives across the UK and Europe.
• Managing live requirements and tight delivery deadlines.
• Building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
• Working closely with clients to support workforce delivery.
• Ensuring compliance and onboarding standards are met.

What My Client Is Looking For

• Proven experience placing blue-collar workers (construction, M&E, engineering, etc.).
• Strong delivery-focused recruitment experience.
• Comfortable managing volume and time-sensitive roles.
• International recruitment experience desirable, but not essential.
• Self-motivated, organised, and commercially aware.
