M&E Delivery Recruitment Consultant Central London | Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days remote)
My client, a well-established recruitment business with a strong reputation in M&E delivery, is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support continued growth across the UK and European markets.
This role suits a recruiter with a solid background in blue-collar / site-based placements, who enjoys fast-paced delivery and wants flexibility without sacrificing progression.
The Role
End-to-end delivery recruitment within M&E (Mechanical & Electrical). Placing blue-collar trades and site operatives across the UK and Europe. Managing live requirements and tight delivery deadlines. Building and maintaining candidate pipelines. Working closely with clients to support workforce delivery. Ensuring compliance and onboarding standards are met.
What My Client Is Looking For
Proven experience placing blue-collar workers (construction, M&E, engineering, etc.). Strong delivery-focused recruitment experience. Comfortable managing volume and time-sensitive roles. International recruitment experience desirable, but not essential. Self-motivated, organised...
