M&E Maintenance Contracts Manager

A well-established and growing M&E Contractor based in Central London are looking to supplement their Contracts delivery team within their Maintenance Department. As a long-term established company they have an excellent array of Blue-Chip clients whose sites are spread within the M25 but mostly within Central London. These are inclusive of very well-known buildings broadly within the commercial sector. The ideal candidate will have current experience of running M&E Maintenance contracts around the value of £2m per year and all aspects of the contract including all financial management. You will need a technical background and be able to advise both clients and also internal stakeholders of the best course of action kin all situations.
