We have a fantastic opportunity to join Sovereign Network Group as M&E Projects Manager – Planned Works And M&E on a permanent basis. You'll be based at our office in Wembley, London. This role combines office and home working to promote work/life balance.

Sovereign Network Group has recently joined forces with Network Homes, forming SNG. Together, we provide over 84,000 homes and invest in communities across London and the South of England, aiming to deliver quality affordable homes and vibrant places for generations.

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive M&E Projects Manager to oversee our Electrical projects program. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing Mechanical and Electrical installation and repair projects from inception to completion, including managing consultants, contractors, schedules, and budgets.
Creating detailed specifications for Mechanical and Electrical repairs.
Assisting the Electrical Contracts Manager to ensure compliance with Mechanical and Electrical legal obligations.
Organizing audits and inspections related to Mechanical and Electrical equipment, reporting outcomes to inform compliance efforts.
Supporting contract management and addressing compliance or performance issues.
Driving continuous improvement to achieve 'right first time' in Mechanical and Electrical repairs.

What we need from you

In-depth understanding of legal obligations related to electrical and mechanical services.
Knowledge of IEE Wiring Regulations and Mechanical & Electrical regulations.
Ability to assess emergency procedures and contingency plans for electrical and mechanical incidents.
Strong knowledge of housing law and regulatory frameworks.
Experience with contract procurement and leasehold consultations.
