The manager will be working across the UK on leading supermarkets completing M&E, HVAC upgrades and installations, working directly alongside the Project Manager. Accommodation is sorted by client. What you'll do as a M&E Site Manager

Oversee M&E HVAC upgrade/installation projects on leading UK supermarkets UK wide Report directly to the Project Manager and head office Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and specialist subcontractors on-site Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, drawings, and specifications Liaise with design teams, consultants, and client representatives Chair and attend site meetings and provide progress updates Ensure H&S is adhered to

Required Qualifications/Experience

Experience working on M&E/HVAC projects CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid + relevant mechanical and electrical qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position UK driving licence and access to own vehicle MUST be willing to travel/ work away
