Site Manager - 3 Month Contract - Essex

Join a confidential, high-profile project in Essex as an experienced Site Manager with both M&E awareness and solid all-round site management skills. This is a site-based role on a 3-month contract with strong potential to extend.

What You'll Be Doing

Overseeing day-to-day site operations and coordinating logistics

Managing M&E works alongside broader construction activities

Ensuring all trades are sequenced effectively to meet deadlines

Monitoring quality, safety, and compliance across the site

Liaising with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly

What We're Looking For

Strong all-round site management experience

Understanding of M&E systems plus general building knowledge
