Electrical Technical Engineer
A senior level electrical engineering position with responsibility for technical leadership within a busy production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the technical authority during electrical breakdowns and complex faults
Lead and support electrical engineers during operational shifts
Drive electrical safety standards, compliance, and preventative maintenance
Fault find across control panels, sensors, I/O, and automation systems
Support continuous improvement and plant reliability initiatives
Maintain accurate electrical documentation and records
Experience & Requirements
Time served Electrical Engineer with strong industrial maintenance background
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar electrical engineering role
Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems, 3 phase electrics, and PLC based systems
Experience with Siemens or Mitsubishi PLCs desirable
Completed Electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Confident communicator with a proactive, organised approach
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
A hands on mechanical maintenance role supporting plant reliability within a fast-paced industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities
Preventative and reactive mechanical maintenance on production machinery
Mechanical fault finding and breakdown response
Support machinery upgrades, installations, and improvement projects
Work with hydraulics and pneumatics
Carry out welding and fabrication tasks (MMA / MIG)
Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards
Experience & Requirements
Qualified Mechanical Engineer (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Industrial or heavy engineering maintenance experience
Strong mechanical fault finding capability
Welding experience (MMA and MIG)
Knowledge of conveyors or heavy production machinery beneficial
Reliable, safety focused, and capable of working independently
Fabrication & Welding Engineer
A specialist fabrication role supporting ongoing maintenance and improvement of production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Fabrication and welding repairs to production machinery
Respond to breakdowns with fabricated or welded solutions
MIG, MAG, and MMA welding across a range of materials
Manufacture and modify machine components and guards
Support mechanical maintenance including hydraulics and pneumatics
Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
Experience & Requirements
Proven industrial fabrication and welding experience
Strong MIG, MAG, and MMA welding skills
Mechanical maintenance background
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Recognised Mechanical or Fabrication/Welding Apprenticeship
Self-motivated with strong safety awareness
