A leading FM provider is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Lifecycle Project Manager to deliver M&E and lifecycle projects within a live, 24/7 environment.
The Role You will:
Manage M&E lifecycle projects from design through to completion Deliver works safely, on time and within budget Develop scopes of work with clients and secure project sign-off Manage subcontractors, procurement and commissioning Oversee financial performance, reporting and profit margins Ensure full compliance with KPIs, SLAs and ISO standards About You Time-served engineering apprenticeship Strong experience delivering M&E / FM projects Experience in healthcare or similar critical environments Solid understanding of project management principles Organised, commercially aware and client-focuse This organisation is a prominent leader in energy services, employing nearly 100,000 people globally, committed to embracing the energy transition and digital transformation.
Competitive annual salary of £50,000 - £56,000 plus a 5% bonus. Car or car allowance included.
