About the Role:
MJM Industrial is actively recruiting experienced Mechanical Fitters for long-term work at Heathrow Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a cutting-edge, high-security environment on the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced baggage handling and conveyor systems.
You'll be part of a skilled team responsible for maintaining the mechanical integrity of Heathrow’s critical infrastructure—keeping systems running efficiently in one of the world’s busiest airports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on large-scale conveyor and baggage handling systems
* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults to minimise system downtime
* Supporting the installation of industrial conveyor systems, motors, rollers, and gearboxes
* Collaborating closely with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to maintain safety and system performance
* Ensuring all work is completed to high standards and in compliance with safety regulations
