Responsibilities Focusing on Mechanical Maintenance in the factory, the role is varied, fun and enjoyably. Some of the areas will include; · Focusing on mechanical maintenance and fitting work across all plant and machinery through fault finding, planned maintenance, shut downs and project work. · Working in a dedicated mechanical team, responsible for all mechanics across the factory. · Identification of solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs. · Support the handover of work to the opposite shift and ensure works are logged and recorded. · To work safely at all times and follow safe systems of work. · To be actively involved in the TPM improvement process.
