Mechanical Project Manager – HVAC / Building Services / Life Science\n\nLocation: Oxford\nSector: Life Sciences, Semiconductor, Industrial & Commercial\nSalary: £80,000 + Comprehensive Package\n\nA leading multi- MEP contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee major HVAC and Building Services installations across the UK and Europe. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover on high-spec, high-value schemes within the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and cleanroom sectors.\n\nThis role is ideal for a technically strong and commercially aware Project Manager with a proven background in delivering cleanroom environments and complex mechanical packages in controlled or regulated sectors.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Lead mechanical/HVAC installation from early design through to completion\n\n * Manage project programmes, commercial tracking, subcontractor performance, and materials\n\n * Collaborate with BIM, Engineering, QA, and Procurement teams to drive project success\n\n * Enforce safety, compliance, and quality standards across all stages\n\n * Provide weekly/monthly updates to stakeholders and senior management\n\n * Build trusted client relationships and ensure alignment with project objectives\n\n * Track cost forecasts, manage budgets, and support financial reporting\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field ()\n\n * 5+ years' experience managing Mechanical / HVAC projects\n\n * Essential: experience delivering cleanroom or controlled environment projects\n\n * Excellent technical knowledge of Building Services and HVAC systems
