Mechanical Inspector

Key Responsibilities: Certify the product by the product certification procedure and monitor the operators responsible for product certification.
Upon inspection, check for proper assembly and inspect all parts for defects in finishing painting or surface deterioration.
Conduct a thorough inspection for any physical damages and perform intermediate inspection checks unrelated to product certification.
Complete manufacturing data pack paperwork and maintain data records/defect reports.
Control defect items via segregation from good products and produce relevant inspection/quality control documentation/history sheets and audits.
Care for and use specialised inspection tools.
