Mechanical Lead Engineer FM Service Provider Bank, London Up to £55,000 per annum
CBW are currently recruiting fora Mechanical Lead Engineer to join a prestigious corporate building located in Bank, City of London. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-specification commercial environment for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider, supporting a well-established on-site team.
This role requires you to take full responsibility for the mechanical services across the building, overseeing daily maintenance operations and delivering a high-quality Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme. You will lead a team of three engineers, ensuring smooth coordination of all mechanical systems while maintaining high service standards for a corporate client.
With significant overtime available and a 1-in-4 call-out rota, this position offers strong earning potential within a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
