An opportunity has become available for a Mechanical Engineer to join a facilities and maintenance team at a large, secure public-sector site in South East London.

This role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule, excellent job security, and the chance to work within a well-structured engineering environment maintaining essential building services systems.

The Role:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical repairs. • Maintaining HVAC and associated mechanical systems across the site. • Diagnosing faults and ensuring equipment is returned to full working order. • Supporting general mechanical maintenance including pumps, pipework, valves and plant equipment. • Working within a team to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the facility. • Completing maintenance documentation and following compliance procedures.

Package:
