CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial campus in Marylebone, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £45,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc) General building fabric Escort specialist subcontractors
