Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a busy multi-trade team on a four-floor site in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain experience across different maintenance disciplines, and progress within the role.
Key Duties: Carry out general mechanical and fabric maintenance across office and manufacturing areas. Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks. Work on plant and equipment including pumps, compressors, chillers, boilers, air handling units, and general HVAC systems. Collaborate with a team of 8 engineers across multiple trades. Operate safely in both office and manufacturing areas. Contribute to upskilling and development opportunities within the team. Requirements: Mechanical or Building Services qualifications are essential. Experience with mechanical maintenance, PPMs, and reactive tasks. Security checks required: BPSS Willingness to work early and late shifts Working Hours & Package: Monday - Friday - Times Below Early Shift: 07:00-15:30 Mon-Thu; 07:00-15:00 Fri Late Shift: 14:00-21:30 Mon-Thu; 14:00-21:00 Fri On-call 1 in 5 (£150/week) 25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays Parking and canteen facilities on site
