Our client is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join their experienced team of Mechanical Engineers.
About the Role:
As a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter, you'll be a vital part of a skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining and supporting production equipment. Your efforts will ensure efficient and reliable operations, making a significant impact on our client's success.
What You'll Do:
Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency. Proactively solve problems and implement improvements. Adapt to varying tasks and challenges in a dynamic work environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude. Work effectively as part of a team. Show initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Be flexible in their approach to work.
Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a production or maintenance environment is desirable. Backgrounds in motor vehicle, food processing, or manufacturing are considered. Level 2-3 City & Guilds or BTEC qualification is desirable but not essential.
