We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join a dedicated Infrastructure and Facilities Management team. Youll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of a wide range of building and mechanical services. Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and building services infrastructure. Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in systems such as HVAC, piped gases, hot/cold water systems, pressurised systems, MTHW/LTHW, chilled water, and refrigeration. Support statutory monitoring and testing requirements. Liaise with and supervise external contractors, service engineers, etc Contribute to health & safety and quality assurance practices. Support the Senior Maintenance Technician and contribute to the planned maintenance programme. Participate in on-call duties during commissioning and operational phases. Experience: Strong background in mechanical/building services maintenance. Previous commercial experience with systems such as HVAC, water, refrigeration, or piped gases.
