Due to sustained growth, a significant forward order workload and a continued commitment to be at the forefront of the industry, our client is now searching for a talented and motivated Mechanical Project Engineer.
This challenging and exciting Mechanical Project Engineer opportunity requires an individual with a good technical background and demonstrable experience in taking the responsibility for supporting or delivering mechanical engineering installations, sites or projects. Some travel will be required to meet clients, so a full UK driving licence is essential. This position is primarily office based from our clients office near to Ilkeston, with one day a week working at home.
The successful candidate will have the day-to-day responsibility for the safe, timely and profitable delivery of a wide variety of projects and schemes, all running simultaneously at differing stages of completion. This will sometimes include managing site-based teams, and resolving any technical, operational and commercial issues as required.
