Mechanical Project Manager Central London | £2m£10m Projects | Day Rate or Salary Our client is delivering a portfolio of major commercial and high-end residential schemes across Cambridge , and we are now looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead delivery from pre-construction through to completion. This role suits a commercially aware Project Manager who understands how to control programme, cost, quality and client expectations on complex mechanical packages . The Role Full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of mechanical packages on projects up to £5m
Act as the primary client-facing lead for the mechanical scope
Manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners
Drive programme, sequencing and resource planning
Work closely with commercial teams on cost control, variations and reporting
