Mechanical Project Manager - Data Centre - East/South East LondonWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to support the delivery of construction projects, primarily working on data centres and critical facilities. Our clients business is growing year on year in the building and construction industry, driven by repeat clients and a strong pipeline of work across critical environments and complex mechanical projects.This is an excellent opportunity to join a business offering genuine career progression, working within one of the fastest-growing sectors of the industry: data centres.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partnersEnsure compliance with HSQE, CDM, and environmental legislationMaintain site standards, quality assurance processes, and project documentationManage programmes, RAMS, method statements, and site recordsIdentify cost-saving and value engineering opportunitiesTrack costs and support pricing of variations and small worksBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersWe want someone withProven experience as a Mechanical Project ManagerStrong background in mechanical infrastructure, ideally within data centresMechanical qualifications (essential)SMSTS, CSCS Managers Card, First Aid CertificationsExperience working with customer-facing contractorsStrong knowledge of planning software, SharePoint, and MS OfficeExcellent communication, organisation, and time-management skillsConfident running productive site and subcontractor meetingsBenefitsEligibility to join the Employee-Owned Trust (EOT) after 12 monthsPrivate Healthcare & Private Dental InsuranceLife InsurancePension SchemeLength of Service reward schemePosition: PermanentSalary: £75,000 to £85,000Location: Site-Based (East/South East London)Hours: 07:00-16:00 (plus OOH) JBRP1_UKTJ
