Our client, a leading force in the construction and engineering services sector, is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Project Manager to take charge of the mechanical package on a major commercial development in London.

Key Responsibilities


· Lead the mechanical aspect of M&E projects from tender through to completion and handover.

· Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

· Work closely with Senior Project Managers and Project Directors, providing progress updates and managing risk.

· Oversee subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to drive project success.

· Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and success of the wider project team.

· Maintain strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental requirements.


Skills & Experience


· A solid background in mechanical engineering with experience leading M&E projects valued between £3M–£8M.

· Proven track record of managing projects through all phases—from pre-construction to handover.

· Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.

· Organised, proactive, and commercially aware, with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
