Are you an experienced Commercial Heating Engineer/Pipefitter/Craftsman or Supervisor ready to take the next step into Project Management?

This is an opportunity to move off the tools and into a role where you can take ownership of projects, manage subcontractors, and build a long-term career in project delivery without needing prior experience as a fully-fledged Project Manager.

Youll be joining a growing mechanical business with a strong pipeline of work and a clear plan for expansion. As the company scales, so will your role.

Youll support and progressively take ownership of mechanical projects ranging from £10k to £1m, including commercial heating systems, gas installations, AHU replacements, and plant upgrades, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on Project Management role where your site knowledge will be critical.

Key responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Managing subcontractors across multiple live projects

Coordinating site activity and ensuring smooth delivery

Acting as the link between site teams and internal stakeholders

Monitoring programme, quality, and progress

Supporting project costs, reporting, and documentation

Solving problems on xbpsjku site and keeping projects moving

Essential requirements:

Background in Commercial Heating, HVAC, or Mechanical Services

Currently a Supervisor, Lead Engineer, or in early-stage management

Understand how projects actually run on site

Confident dealing with subcontractors and site teams
