About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical services on a large scale commercial construction project. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project completion on time and within budget. Mechanical Project Manager Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage all mechanical aspects of the project from pre-construction through to handover * Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications * Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively * Oversee procurement of mechanical equipment and materials * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards * Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management and clients * Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical issues * Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks Mechanical Project Manager Requirements: * Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within commercial construction * Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems * Excellent project management and organisational skills * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications * Strong communication and leadership abilities * Relevant degree or qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services * Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous To Apply Please up load your up to date CV to apply for the Mechanical Project Manager position
