Role Overview

We are seeking a Projects Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale heat pump and decarbonisation projects. This is a pivotal role for an experienced and ambitious professional who is passionate about sustainability and innovation.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery—from planning and execution to client engagement and profitability—while helping to shape the future of a company poised for continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technically and commercially successful decarbonisation projects.
• Manage project teams and ensure delivery to agreed timelines and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Drive innovation in service delivery, including the integration of AI and digital twin technologies.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company policies.
• Oversee project billing, reporting, and profitability.
• Contribute to strategic planning and annual reviews with senior leadership.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Trade qualifications and higher education (HNC/HND/Degree).
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in project management within the engineering or renewable energy sector.
• Proven experience with heat pump technologies and decarbonisation projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and IT systems.
• Management training and security clearance (VD) desirable.
