Salary: £43,000 + £8600 Shift allowance
Hours: 4 on, 4 off, rotating 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00

We are working with a prestigious client who is seeking a skilled Mechanical Shift Engineer to oversee electrical PPMs, reactive maintenance, and general building services. Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
Pumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
Motors – PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
Handle general building maintenance tasks such as toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks when required
Demonstrate knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, UPS, Generators, LV systems, and fault finding
Manage BMS (Building Management System) including Head End Controls
Maintain and repair HVAC plant, VAV, VRV systems, and water treatment systemsRequirements:
City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
Ideally, 3 years of experience in building services maintenance
Strong building services knowledge and ability to fault-find on key systems
