Our client operates a major manufacturing facility on the outskirts of Inverness, specialising in engineered wood products made from responsibly sourced and sustainably managed materials. Currently looking for a Shift Mechanical Fitter to join their well established team. Reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor and shift manager duties will include but not limited to Repair of mechanical breakdowns throughout the plant Carry out preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment as required Adopt and maintain good engineering and housekeeping procedures in all work areas Assist with other engineering work when and where required as directed by Mechanical supervisor Minimum City & Guilds/ONC level in a mechanical discipline Full 4-year apprenticeship completed Industrial maintenance experience preferred
