The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to support works at Dinorwig Power Station. This is a key supporting leadership role, assisting and driving work areas by taking the lead in coordinating small teams and work activities on behalf of the Site Manager.

You will: Report directly to the Site Manager (or as required by deployment). Lead and coordinate small teams across various work fronts. Ensure works are delivered on time, to quality standards, and within cost. Forward plan labour, plant, materials and engineering information. Operate within site timescales and proactively flag deviations. Coordinate with other work parties to maintain safe and efficient delivery. Capture delays and disruptions from original scope. Ensure full compliance with QEHS procedures. Uphold duty of care for yourself and all personnel on site.

Key Responsibilities: Adhere to all site rules and QEHS procedures. Lead mechanical/electrical installation activities. Assist with project documentation and milestone deliverables. Drive completion of allocated task cards within required timescales. Ensure timely submission of timesheets and expenses. Monitor and enforce Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance within a Power environment.

Experience Required: Apprentice trained with C&G / NVQ Level 3 (appropriate discipline) plus 1+ year experience OR Industry-recognised training with minimum 2 years' experience on: Electricity Supply Industry construction sites Power Generation Oil & Gas Large-scale industrial construction projects You must have experience participating in mechanical or electrical installation works and demonstrate strong team leadership qualities.

Pay Rates (Outside 50 Miles): LTD / Umbrella: First 37 Hours: £39.00 per hour After 37 Hours / First 4 Saturday Hours: £41.34 per hour After 4 Hours Saturday / Sunday / Bank Holiday: £45.06 per hour

PAYE: First 37 Hours: £28.85 per hour After 37 Hours / First 4 Saturday Hours: £30.58 per hour After 4 Hours Saturday / Sunday / Bank Holiday: £33.34 per hour
