Minimum Qualifications

- Proficiency in English Language (Speak, Read and Write)

- Graduate from High School and Graduate of 3-year Mechanical Engineering Diploma. BSc./BE Preferable

- Familiar with computer skills and report writing needed.

Minimum Work Experience

- 12 years' work experience in Rotary Equipment in refinery or petrochemical Oil and Gas plant in the same position.

- Rich experience and knowledge of codes, standards, specifications, drawings and maintenance practices for rotating Machines.

- Should posses' strong supervisory background and practical experience in supervision.

- Should have a thorough knowledge of rotating equipment

- Familiarity with CMMS, Maintenance programs, practices and procedures is essential.

Job Requirements (but not limited to)

- Ability to lead a team to perform activities with safety and quality.

- Ability to assign scheduled jobs to groups and follow up for completion. Co-ordinate with various personnel.

- Ability to write reports and maintain records.

- Ability to analyze and diagnose maintenance problems.

- Ability to write maintenance standard procedures and practices.

- Ability to motivate the subordinates.

- Ability to handle problems, counseling and discipline subordinates.

- Working with OEM Specialists and guide other team members toward successful completion of tasks
