The role combines hands-on technical work with leadership and coordination responsibilities. The successful candidate will spend approximately 50% of their time working directly on the tools, with the remaining 50% focused on day-to-day supervision, planning, and providing technical support to a team ofseven engineers.
Hours of Work 08:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday Call out 1 in 7 Key Responsibilities Managing a team of seven engineers. Daily checks, planned and reactivemaintenanceof electrical systems First response to electrical or system faults across the building Overseeing lighting controls, HVAC electrical components, and general LV infrastructure Supporting wider facilities operations and escalating where necessary Coordinating with mobile support team and on-site contractors as needed Maintaining system logs, completing PPM tasks, and ensuring close-out of all work orders About You
Mechanical qualified C&G Level 2 & 3 Proactive and able to problem-solve quickly Confident with automated systems and modern building tech Calm and professional in front of clients and end users Willing to assist in emergencies and flexible when required (rare, but supported) Please send your CV to Katie at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
