We are recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor to join a leading UK building services provider on a high-profile, long-term contract in South West London. The site is a large, technically diverse estate, incorporating commercial areas, specialist facilities, and residential accommodation. It offers a varied workload and the opportunity to work on a wide range of plant and systems within a well-structured, well-supported contract.
The Role: As Mechanical Supervisor, you will lead a team of 6 engineers while remaining actively involved in maintenance delivery. Responsibilities include: Day-to-day supervision, support, and coordination of the engineering team Carrying out and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance Working on a broad range of mechanical plant, including: Calorifiers Air Handling Units (AHUs) Fan Coil Units (FCUs) Chillers Compressors Pumps and associated pipework
