Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise a team of four shift engineers and one day engineer
* Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activities
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and maintain accurate documentation
* Keep plant rooms in excellent condition and operational readiness
* Deliver reactive works and minor project improvements to contract standards
* Attend client meetings, providing updates on performance and site delivery
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors on site
