Member Development Officer Education Liaison Lead Location: Barnet Salary: £27,000 Pro Rata Hours: 21 hours per week (plus statutory breaks) Vacancy Type : 12-month fixed term contract, with potential extension subject to funding The Role The organisation is looking for a Member Development Officer to focus on the engagement and opportunities between Barnet’s educational institutions and their members to benefit the Children and Young People of Barnet. The role will look to build upon the current success of the position where the organisation has grown to having 61 school partners having delivered or currently delivering 39 projects with organisation members. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a strand of work where you will have the autonomy and support to build the role in a way that best meets the needs of children and young people across Barnet. The role is offered at 3 days per week and the organisation offer the flexibility within the role to suit the right candidate’s other responsibilities. A hybrid approach with some homeworking may be possible to the right candidate but getting out and about within LB of Barnet will be an expected part of the role.
