This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in front-of-house management within the hospitality industry, particularly in luxury settings. The successful candidate will have experience in hotel management, guest relations, or as a head receptionist.
Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee the daily operations of membership services, ensuring exceptional service standards are met. Manage and train front-of-house staff to maintain the highest level of customer service. Handle member inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion. Develop and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for all members. Monitor and manage feedback, using it to make informed decisions to improve service and operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in front-of-house management, preferably in a hotel, guest relations, or as a head receptionist. Proven track record of managing a team in a high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously. High attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
