As a Member Support Team Leader you will r eport into the Member Support Operations Manager, lead ing a team of Member Support Advisors, ensuring they have the skillset & breadth of knowledge to deliver a world class service to our members.
You will resolve high level escalated member queries " by m onitoring team performance and overseeing the delivery of daily, weekly & monthly KPI's .
Please be aware shifts may vary - m orning , evening & weekend working will be required . "
