Full-time or part-time, flexible rota We are recruiting an experienced, compassionate Support Worker to provide 1:1 support to a young woman living independently with an acquired brain injury in Barry. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and making a genuine difference day to day. You will support her with everyday tasks at home and in the community, encouraging independence while offering consistent, person-centred support. The role involves working collaboratively with her psychiatrist and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. No personal care or specialist training is required . However, due to ABI-related challenges, experience working with brain injury, personality disorder, or other mental health conditions would be highly beneficial. A
full UK driving licence is essential , as the role includes supporting with transport. We offer
